HelloBoard Beta Service Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between HelloBoard (“Company”) and users of the Beta Service (“User”).
By using a Beta Service account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use the Beta Service. The Beta Service account is for HelloBoard Onboarding beta testing only.
The Beta Service may be called “alpha”, “beta”, “preview”, etc. It may contain errors and is provided for limited evaluation purposes only. Provided “as is” with no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Beta Service is provided for collecting user feedback. The Company may use your information for feedback or contact you for further information.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions for using HelloBoard Onboarding.
Article 2 (Beta Account Grant)
- The Company may grant Beta Service accounts to designated users.
- If there are technical or operational issues, the Company may withhold account grants.
- Conditions of use may differ by grade according to company policy.
Article 3 (Company Obligations)
- The Company provides the Beta Service for free and notifies users in advance.
- The Company resolves issues promptly and notifies users as needed.
- User information is not used for purposes other than these terms, except as required by law.
Article 4 (User Obligations & Cautions)
- You may not copy, modify, transfer, or reverse engineer the Service.
- You must comply with laws, terms, and company notices, and not interfere with operations.
- You must provide feedback via the feedback sheet.
- You are responsible for personal information leaks.
- Beta Service results may not be distributed or used without permission.
- Usage data is used for service improvement, not for AI training.
Article 5 (Confidential Information)
- All information related to the Beta Service is confidential and cannot be shared externally.
- The following are exceptions to confidentiality:
- Information already disclosed
- Information lawfully obtained from a third party
- Information known to the public without fault
Article 6 (Handling of Improvement Information)
- Usage data is collected and used only for official service improvement.
- Feedback and surveys are used for product improvement.
Article 7 (Termination)
- The Company may terminate the Beta Service at any time and is not legally liable.
- Users may request withdrawal at any time; the Company will process within 5 business days.
Article 8 (Restrictions)
- Acts contrary to public order and morals
- Fraudulent or commercial use
- Development of similar services
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for changes or discontinuation of the Service.
- The Company is not liable for force majeure events.
- The Company is not liable for user fault or telecom issues.
- The Company is not liable for expected profits or accuracy of information.
- The Company is not liable for disputes between users.
- No warranties or liability for free services.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
- Intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the Company.
- Only a non-exclusive license is granted; ownership cannot be claimed.
Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)
- Users must compensate the Company for any damages caused.
- Users must indemnify the Company against third-party claims.
- Total compensation is limited to 100,000 KRW; indirect damages are not covered.
Article 12 (Entire Agreement)
This is the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be modified without written consent.
Article 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
- The parties will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably.
- Korean law governs; Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
These terms are effective from May 1, 2025, and expire upon service termination per Article 7.
